  • Association of Chilean Internal Revenue Services Office (2004). Diagnosis and team development of national management team, the managerial styles of team leaders, and the organizational climate.
  • Banco SantanderBanco Santiago (2002). Diagnosis of organizational culture of both banks to facilitate their fusion (now the largest bank in Chile). Interview of top executive teams of both banks. Focus groups with middle managers and operative personnel.  Development of surveys and data analysis for both companies. Feedback data analysis to executive teams as they engaged in the management of the new bank.
