I am a Business Administrator. I have a post degree in Marketing Management and an MBA. I was born in Bogotá, Colombia where I live at the moment. I have decided to commit my life to teaching, researching and doing consultant and this is why I decided to become a Full Time professor since January 2007.  I will apply next year for a PhD. I have been married for 6 years now with a beautiful woman whose name is Pilar. We have a beautiful girl whose name is Mariana.

 

I teach Managing People in Organizations. I am the General Secretary of Inalde Business School. My areas of interest are Leadership, Organizational Communications and Managerial Competences. Actually those are the topics I would like to review on my PhD. Regarding my corporate experience I have worked for several corporations such as AC Nielsen and Liberty Mutual where I earned a Chairman Award. I got my degree ten years from now and I also have worked for a TV producer company as the General Manager and I have some small Business of my own in the Art and Real state fields. I am an active member of the Academy of Management and co-author of the Book Organizational Communication.
