Brosh
M. Teucher is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Organization at INCAE Business School, Costa Rica. He received a B.A. in
Psychology and Geography from Haifa University (Haifa, Israel), a M.Sc. in Behavioral and Management
Sciences - Industrial Psychology from the Technion – Israel institute
of Technology (Haifa,
Israel) and a Ph.D. in
Business Administration - Human Resource Management and Organizational
Behavior from the University of Washington (Seattle,
United States).
At
INCAE he teaches courses in human resources, organizational change,
management processes, and negotiations in MBA, executive MBA, and executive
education programs in Central and Latin America.
His research focuses on the impact of organizational factors on stock prices,
cultural elements and determinants of high-performance organizations, and
cultural differences in negotiation and conflict resolution. He is currently
a visiting scholar at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
