HONG KONG AMBASSADOR: Christina Sue-Chan (csuechan@cityu.edu.hk.)

 

 

Christina Sue-Chan earned her Ph.D. at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Her published research includes articles on coaching, employee selection, self-regulatory processes, and social ties.

 

Her ongoing research includes work on employee coaching, leadership, creativity, and role transitions. Her research has been published in journals such as Applied Psychology: An International Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.

 

She started her academic career as a Lecturer at the University of Western Australia and is currently an Assistant Professor at the City University of Hong Kong.
