Renee Warning obtained a
Doctorate of Human Resource
Degree from Oklahoma State University,
Stillwater Oklahoma She holds a Master of Business Administration and a
Bachelor of Science Degree both from the University of Central Oklahoma (
UCO). Since 2001 she has achieved the
Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR)
certification status. She is
presently an Associate
Professor in the Department of
Management in the College of
Business at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), Edmond Oklahoma. There, Renee teaches Human Resource Strategic Compensation Systems and Human Resource Training and Development classes and has serves as a Faculty Advisor for the UCO Human Resource Society student
organization. This student
organization has achieved The SHRM
National Superior Award for the last eight years.
Renee’s research focus
has been on Adult Moral Decision Making and Selection Bias and Women’s
Work Issues. This research has resulted in many conference presentations and
publications in the Journal of Ethics and Critical Thinking and Gender In
Management Journals
Renee is President of Human
Dynamics Inc. Human Dynamics Inc. is a
consulting, training and development
firm that designs Team Development, Human Capital Management, and Performance Evaluation programs. Clients include, York International, Bridgestone
Firestone, Oklahoma Gas and Electric and
Eateries Inc.
Renee has served three year
appointment as layperson judge for the Oklahoma Bar Association’s
Professional Ethics Tribunal. Presently, she served as a member for the Oklahoma Academy. This Academy, organized by
the Governor of the State of Oklahoma,
serves is a grass roots group of citizens that researches and studies state
public issues and then recommends public policy legislation to state
lawmakers.
