Millissa F.Y. Cheung is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Business & Administration at the Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She holds a B.B.A. and Mphil degree from the Hong Kong Lingnan University, and a Ph.D. from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

 

Her primary areas of research cover leadership, guanxi, organizational justice, and psychological contract. Her research has appeared in such journal, such as Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Asia Pacific Business Review
