  RUSSIA AMBASSADOR: Anna Gryaznova  (gryaznova@mgubs.ru)

 

Anna Gryaznova is the Director of Academic Programs at the Graduate School of Business Administration Moscow State University. Anna joined GSBA MSU as a Director of International Programs, and was responsible for the development of the network of international partnerships and creation of students and faculty exchanges opportunities. Since 2007 she serves as the Director of Academic Programs (undergraduate and Master of Science programs), being in charge of the development of new innovative curriculums and the development of the internal quality assurance and improvement system.

 

Anna represents GSBA MSU at ABEST21 – an international association of Pacific Rim business schools, based in Tokyo, Japan. She is a member of the ABEST21accreditation committee

 

Anna received her specialist degree with distinction in psychology at Saint-Petersburg University, and a Master in Political Science degree from a joint master program at Moscow State University of International Relations and Sciences Po Paris. She got a Ph.D. in Economics from the Moscow State University.

 

Anna’s primary research interests are within areas of human resources management and organizational behavior, specifically psychological contract and emotional competence. She has been involved recently in a cross-country study of business education in Pacific Rim countries.

 

Prior to joining Moscow State University, she served for one year as a program assistant at United Nations Development Program in Russia and for six years as a researcher at ICSS, a Moscow-based think-tank.
