SLOVENIA AMBASSADOR: Robert Kaše  (robert.kase@ef.uni-lj.si)

 

 

Dr. Robert Kaše is assistant professor of management at the Department for Management and Organization, University of Ljubljana, where he teaches HRM at the undergraduate and graduate level.

 

His major research interests lie in strategic HRM, international HRM, social networks and knowledge transfer. His work has appeared in International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Manpower and Economic & Business Review.

 

Supporting interaction between research and practice he is in involved in Slovenian association of HR professionals and regularly works on applied projects, where he disseminates knowledge and learns from interesting firms.
