Instructions:

1. Downloading the archive file:
   Click on data.exe.
2. Extracting the data files:
   The data sets are contained in data.exe, a self-extracting archive. After downloading, use the Windows File Manager or Windows Explorer, double-click on the file you've just downloaded, and then click the "unzip" option. This should extract the data files into the directory of your choice.

Archive file: data.exe.
