The charge of the Bauer College’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative is to become the focal point in Houston for the development of inclusive leaders and family-friendly cultures that support business strategy and superior business performance.
The mission of the Inclusive Leadership Initiative is to provide the best in (a) research, (b) leadership development, and (c) industry practices in the areas of (a) diversity-supportive leadership, (b) family-supportive leadership, (c) health-supportive leadership and (d) socially-responsible leadership, linking all these areas to the organization’s strategy, culture, and the bottom line.
What We Offer
Bauer’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative will partner with public and private organizations across multiple industries, as well as professional organizations to identify pressing problems and big questions that can be addressed by the applied research and expertise of the Bauer faculty.
By connecting business with world-class researchers, Bauer’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative will help managers to become inclusive leaders while positively impacting their companies’ business performance.
Our research and recommendations can be based on quantitative or qualitative data, existing or newly-collected data, and rely on business analytics, while responding to the needs of different industries. Our leadership development programs can be customized to the specific needs of companies.
